Traveling as Couple
The staff at the front desk were verey helpful and friendly, but upon arrival in the room therre was no control over the Air Conditioning and we spent most of the first night trying to get the temperature somewhat comfortable, there were even times when the heat came on when the thermostat was set for cold. Then in the morning there was almost no water pressure in the shower making for an unpleasant way to start the day. The front desk was helpful and got both issues remidied by the next day and gave me a gift certificate for a free night. The morning of check out the maids barged into the room at 9am as we were getting dressed to leave. The inability of them to speak english added to the difficulty. I have never seen a hotel where the maids come in at that hour on the morning of checkout. I will not stay in that hotel again ...read more

Due to the lack of cleanliness of the room, I would not stay at this hotel again for any price.

Traveling as Couple
The hotel check in time was 2:00 PM. They didn't have rooms available until after 4:00 pm. Not very good for a couple needing to get ready to attend a wedding at 5:00 pm.
